Below is a link to a demo online application form. While the form is live and will transmit data, it is also open to the general public. So, please do not transmit any personal (or inapropriate) information.
Click on the link, fill out the form with some generic information and click submit. I do encourage you to use your own email address however, so that you can see the email response your client will recieve! Not only is the database is purged on an ongoing basis, you will be able to delete your entry after you have finished your demo. Either way your information will not stay in this database forever!
Submission View
Now that you have submitted the demo application, it's time to see the submission for the loan officer's perspective. Log in using the link below. You will be taken to the LO APPS ADMINISTRATION PANEL. Use "demo" for the username and password. (example)
Once inside, you will find a list of forms. Clicking on the form name will take you directly to the demo form. Click on the View link to view submissions for this form. (example)
You will now find a list submissions. By clicking on the view link, you will view the details of the submission. (example)
